Privacy Policy

LeadMailer is operated by Deer Peter®, a marketing agency based in the Netherlands (deerpeter.nl). This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. Contact: marketing@deerpeter.nl.

What we collect

Account data — your name, email address and password (encrypted) when you create an account.

Meta data — when you connect your Meta account, we receive an access token and a list of your Facebook Pages and lead gen forms. We use these solely to retrieve leads from the forms you select. Access tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and are never shared.

Lead data — the leads we retrieve from your selected Meta forms (such as names, email addresses, phone numbers and form answers of people who filled in your ads). We process this data only to build the export files (CSV/Excel) and email them to the recipients you configure. Copies of sent export files are stored in your private send history so you can re-download them.

Email settings — the recipient addresses (To/CC/BCC), templates and schedules you configure. If you connect a Gmail or Microsoft mailbox, we store the tokens needed to send on your behalf; we never read your inbox.

Usage data — basic logs (send times, status, errors) to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

We use your data only to provide LeadMailer: retrieving your leads from Meta, generating export files, and delivering them by email on your schedule. We do not sell data, use lead data for advertising, or share it with third parties other than the processors below.

Processors we rely on

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage
• Resend — email delivery (default sending domain leadmailer.nl)
• Meta Platforms — retrieving your Lead Ads data via the Meta API
• Google / Microsoft — only if you connect your own mailbox for sending

Your data, your control

All your data — clients, projects, recipients, lead exports — is private to your account. Other users can never see it. We keep it only as long as you have an account.

Data deletion

You can delete projects, send history and stored exports at any time in the app. To delete your entire account and all associated data (including Meta tokens and stored lead exports), email marketing@deerpeter.nl from your account email address, or use the "Delete account" option in your settings. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

You can also revoke LeadMailer's access at any time in your Facebook settings (Business Integrations) — this immediately invalidates our access token.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by emailing marketing@deerpeter.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version. Significant changes will be announced by email.
