Terms of Service

These terms apply to LeadMailer, operated by Deer Peter®, a marketing agency based in the Netherlands (deerpeter.nl). By creating an account you agree to these terms. Contact: marketing@deerpeter.nl.

The service

LeadMailer retrieves leads from ad platform lead forms you connect (such as Meta Lead Ads) and delivers them by email as CSV or Excel files, on a schedule you configure. During the beta period the service is free. We may introduce paid plans later; we will announce this in advance and you will never be charged without explicitly signing up for a paid plan.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old. One person or company per account.

Your data and your responsibilities

You remain the owner of your data. By connecting Meta or other platforms, you confirm you are authorized to access the ad accounts, pages and lead forms involved. The lead data you process through LeadMailer belongs to you (or your clients); you are the data controller for that data under the GDPR. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it and for only sending it to recipients who are entitled to receive it.

You agree not to use LeadMailer to send spam, to process data you have no right to access, or to violate the terms of Meta or any other connected platform.

Our role

We act as a processor: we retrieve, package and deliver your lead data as you instruct, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or use your lead data for our own purposes.

Availability and liability

We aim for reliable daily delivery but provide the service "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Connected platforms (Meta, Google, Microsoft, Resend) may change or fail outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — during the free beta, that means we accept no liability beyond what mandatory law requires. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost leads, lost placements or lost profit. We recommend keeping the delivered email exports as your archive.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account); this removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service, where possible after a warning.

Changes

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The date above reflects the latest version.

Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
