Job applications from Meta campaigns in your inbox every morning

Recruitment ads on Facebook and Instagram collect applications inside Lead Ads forms. LeadMailer gets them out and emails them to the recruiter or hiring manager as a CSV or Excel file.

Applications get stuck in the ad account

A recruitment campaign runs in the ad account, but the person who actually reads applications rarely has access to it. Meta doesn't email applications anywhere — each lead gen form has to be opened and downloaded separately in Meta Business Suite, and they stay available for 90 days.

A file per vacancy, on the recruiter's schedule

Set up a project per vacancy or per client, assign the lead gen forms behind those ads and add the recipients. Every morning the applications from the chosen period arrive as one merged attachment, with all form fields in a single column set.

Send it from the address people expect

Use LeadMailer's sending service, or connect Gmail or Microsoft 365 so the email comes from your recruitment mailbox — shared mailboxes and send-as aliases included, with your own from name and reply-to.

Nothing quietly stops working

When a period has no applications, the email is still sent by default, saying there were none — so an empty inbox never gets mistaken for a broken pipeline. Every send is logged with its count, recipients and a downloadable copy.
