Why leads don't just arrive in your inbox
Meta does not email Lead Ads leads to you. Every lead sits in the form it was submitted through, and getting it out means opening Meta Business Suite and downloading each form separately. With several campaigns or several clients, that becomes a daily chore that is easy to forget.
There is also a deadline: leads stay available for 90 days. Anything older can no longer be downloaded, so a missed week is a real risk.
What LeadMailer does instead
Connect your Facebook account once, choose which lead gen forms belong to which project, and set the recipients. From then on, LeadMailer reads the new leads for the period you selected, merges them into one file and emails it out on schedule.
You can send from LeadMailer's own mail service, or connect Gmail or Microsoft 365 so the email comes from your own mailbox — including shared mailboxes and send-as aliases.
Set-up in three steps
1. Connect Meta. Sign in with Facebook so LeadMailer can read your Pages and their lead gen forms.
2. Pick forms and recipients. Group the forms per client and add the to, cc and bcc addresses.
3. Choose a schedule. Daily at a fixed time in the project's timezone, or a preset like the weekend or last month.
Every send is logged
The history tab shows each delivery with the lead count, recipients, sending method, whether it was manual or scheduled, and a downloadable copy of the attachment — so you always have proof of what was sent, and when.
