Forward Facebook leads to your clients — no CRM or Zapier needed

Most clients don't want another login. They want their leads in their inbox. LeadMailer sends one email per client, per schedule, with all their leads attached.

Sharing leads is usually the awkward part

Meta doesn't email leads to anyone — they sit inside each lead gen form until someone downloads them from Meta Business Suite, one form at a time. So the agency ends up as the manual middleman: download, merge, attach, send. Every single morning.

Giving the client access to the ad account or setting up an automation tool both add complexity nobody asked for.

One project per client

In LeadMailer each client is a project. You assign their lead gen forms, add the recipients — to, cc and bcc — and choose a schedule and timezone. The leads from all their forms arrive as one merged CSV or Excel attachment.

Send from your own mailbox

Use LeadMailer's own sending service, or connect Gmail or Microsoft 365 so the email arrives from your agency address. Shared mailboxes and send-as aliases are supported, and you control the from name and reply-to.

Proof for every delivery

The history log records each send with its lead count, recipients, sending method, status and a downloadable copy of the attachment. When a client asks whether they received Tuesday's leads, you have the answer in a click.
