The manual export is per form
In Meta Business Suite you open a lead gen form and download that form's leads. One form, one file. Run three forms for one client and you are merging three spreadsheets by hand before you can send anything on.
Leads disappear after 90 days
Meta keeps Lead Ads leads available for 90 days. Once that window passes, the leads can no longer be downloaded from Meta Business Suite. An automatic daily export means the data is always safely out of Meta and in a file you keep, long before the retention limit becomes a problem.
One clean file, all your forms
LeadMailer reads the leads for the period you selected and merges every selected form into one export. All fields from all forms land in a single column set, so the file opens as one readable table instead of a stack of separate downloads.
Choose CSV for importing into other tools, or Excel when the client just wants to open the attachment and read it.
Pick exactly the period you need
Yesterday from 00:00 to 23:59 in the project's timezone is the default. You can also use presets for the weekend, the last calendar week or month, the last X days, or a fixed date range for a one-off export.
Every export is archived
Each delivery is stored in the project's history with its lead count and a downloadable copy of the attachment, so you can retrieve an old export even after Meta's own window has closed.
